Child Voice extended entrepreneurial support to 25 vulnerable women across 10 villages, empowering them to achieve financial independence On December 23, 2024,. Tailoring machines were provided to 11 women, while others received goats, calves, ironing shop materials, chicken stall equipment, and petty shop essentials. The support materials were distributed by Nilakottai MLA,Mrs.Thenmozhi and Mr.Anbalagan, the Panchayat President of Koovanuthu. During the event, Community Support Group members presented a requisition letter to the MLA, requesting the establishment of a government girls' higher secondary school in Nilakottai, addressing a critical need for accessible education for girls in the region.
